A two-bedroom apartment for sale in London has multiple literary credentials, for the well-heeled bookworm.

First, it’s in the Bloomsbury district, and second, it’s on the site of a house where Mary and Percy Bysshe Shelley once lived.

Mansion Global reports that the current building isn’t the one where the Shelleys resided in 1815 and 1816.

What’s still there? The nearby St. Pancras Old Church and its graveyard, where Mary Shelley is said to have lost her virginity (on top of her mother’s grave).

Mansion Global has some lovely pictures of the current apartment, which is selling for £1.025 million ($1.36 million).
