The application period is open again for the "barefoot bookseller" job on a resort in the Maldives.
The Soneva Fushi resort hires someone each year to run the bookstore on the remote, luxury getaway — while eschewing shoes.
The monthly salary is $750, but lodging and dining also come free of charge, and the bookseller can earn extra money by providing concierge services to guests.
Georgie Polhill, who recently finished her tenure as bookseller at Soneva Fushi, told the Guardian that the most challenging part of the job was getting used to the island's relaxed pace.
Now, back in London, she's adjusting to having to wear shoes again.
