Mystery title is revealed to be a BTS history, not Taylor Swift memoir

The mystery of 4C Untitled Flatiron Nonfiction Summer 2023 — a vague placeholder book title that appeared online — has been revealed.

The Guardian reports that contrary to some earlier theories (or wishes), the work is a history of the K-pop boy band BTS.

Beyond the Story: 10-Year Record of BTS is written by journalist Myeongseok Kang with the group's seven members and will come out July 9.

So what's disappointing about this? Taylor Swift fans had speculated, based on the minimal details available, that the solo pop icon was writing a memoir.
