Two well-known women — who are each famous in quite distinct arenas — have news about books they're releasing.
Coming sooner is Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, the debut poetry collection of actress Megan Fox.
The book comes out November 7 and appears to have been very cathartic for Fox to write; as for the reader experience, it's described as having "wicked humor" and being "the most deliciously compelling and addictive book you’ll read all year."
We have a longer wait for the currently untitled memoir of Nicola Sturgeon, the former first minister of Scotland.
The "deeply personal and revealing" book will come out in 2025 and cover Sturgeon's childhood and career in politics, which culminated in her time as Scotland's first female first minister.
