Why screen stars are stepping into the book-recording booth

Britney Spears's memoir has a ton of star power on its own.

The audio version of The Woman in Me does add a little bit extra, though, with acclaimed actress Michelle Williams serving as narrator.

She isn't, of course, the first star to enter the book recording booth, but this latest instance of the trend inspired NPR to take a quick look at it.
