The selection of JD Vance as Donald Trump's running mate has, of course, refocused attention on Vance's 2016 memoir, Hillbilly Elegy.

As you might have also guessed, it's caused a sales surge: The New York Times reports that since July 15, more than 750,000 copies of the book have sold (in all formats), and its publisher is printing hundreds of thousands more to meet demand.

But where can you buy it? That might seem like a dumb question, but Literary Hub recently shared a piece from a bookseller explaining why one might not find Hillbilly Elegy at an indie bookstore soon ... or at all.
