Two highly recognizable authors have revealed what their readers can look forward to.
She told attendees of the Edinburgh International Books Festival that she’s ready for a break from the weighty, labor- and time-intensive writing that has gained her such fame.
In its place, she’ll focus on theater and short stories, reports the Guardian.
On the other hand, Twilight fans will be blessed with more from that particular universe.
Stephenie Meyer has plans for at least two more vampire novels, according to the Guardian.
It’s a remarkable reversal for the author, who in 2013 said she wouldn’t write another Twilight book.
But it’s perhaps not so remarkable now that she has broken that streak with the bestselling Midnight Sun, the retelling of the first Twilight novel from vampire Edward Cullen’s perspective.
