2020 wasn’t all bad, if you’re a lover of classic poetry.

The British Library has unveiled — online — a recently discovered collection of John Donne’s poetry.

The Guardian reports that the volume, comprising 400-plus gilt-edged pages, contains 131 works by Donne and other unattributed poems from the era that haven’t been published before.

Scholars suggest that the book was copied between 1625 and 1635.

Read more about the Melford Hall manuscript and its short known history in the Guardian, and view it on the British Library’s website.
