What's sure to be an incredible book is hitting shelves next week — and it's already an Amazon bestseller.
On Tuesday, Viola Fletcher — a 109-year-old survivor of the Tulsa Massacre — is releasing her memoir, Don’t Let Them Bury My Story.
She'll describe how she experienced the tragedy of May 30, 1921, in which a white mob destroyed a once-thriving Black enclave near Tulsa that was nicknamed "Black Wall Street."
Fletcher is the oldest living survivor of the Tulsa Massacre, and BookRiot credits her with being the oldest memoirist in the world.
