Tomorrow is the early-bird deadline to enter the Writer's Digest Self-Published Ebook Awards.

After 11:59 p.m. EST on August 1, the cost to enter will go from $99 for the first entry/$85 for every additional entry up to $125 and $95, respectively. 

The sixth annual awards will honor one grand-prize winner overall, plus a first-place winner in each of eight categories.

The grand-prize winner will receive $5,000 in cash, a featured interview in the May/June 2019 issue of Writer’s Digest, and an excerpt of their winning book on writersdigest.com, among other perks.

The first-place winners will receive $1,000 in cash and an announcement in Writer’s Digest’s May/June 2019 issue. The categories are contemporary fiction, romance, fantasy, science fiction, mystery/thriller, memoir, young adult, and nonfiction.

Every entrant will receive a brief commentary on their work from one of the judges.
