Stuart Bache went on Joanna Penn’s podcast recently to do what was essentially Cover Design 201.

Bache worked as a professional book cover designer for over a decade, with such publishers as Puffin and HarperCollins, and has also founded his own design firm.

He and Penn discuss everything from typography to color theory and image rights, so if you need a comprehensive guide to getting a cover as an indie author, look no further.
