For those who can answer money and thus either already use or are considering an ebook aggregator, David Kudler has some news for you.
PublishDrive, one distributor that he frequently recommends, has added a subscription model, to accompany its standard plan.
The subscription model could potentially cost more, depending on your sales (of which a portion goes to the aggregator under the standard plan), but it also allows you to use Amazon Advertising for titles not included in KDP.
