Many writers are still balancing a day job with their writing, not to mention a family, a social life, and all the other facets of adult life.

Beth Ricanati is no exception — she’s a physician, parent, and partner — so it was no small feat for her to write and publish Braided: A Journey of a Thousand Challahs.
