People tend to think of a habit as something done every day, without fail (which is probably why we perceive ourselves as struggling to develop habits).
But when it comes to writing, developing a habit isn’t about forcing yourself to do it daily.
Instead, says author JM Reinbold, it’s more an issue of creating a regular schedule for it — whatever that looks like for your life — and creating the right environment to enable the habit.
