The exclamation point!

Think about it — how often do you conclude a holiday greeting with a simple period or nothing at all?

If you’re author Kristen Tsetsi, the answer to that is "rarely" — but as Tsetsi discovered with a recent Facebook rant, her opinion isn’t shared by everyone.
