Imagine being indistractible.

That’s not a pipe dream, at least according to Joanna Penn’s latest podcast guest.

Nir Eyal used his experience working in the tech world in his two books about the interception of psychology, technology, and business: Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products and Indistractable: How to Control Your Attention and Choose Your Life.

In a nutshell, Eyal suggests neither blaming anything for your distractions nor shaming yourself for succumbing to them.
Instead, claim responsibility for your actions and focus on controlling them.
