When we share time-saving and focus advice, trust us, we’re coming from a place of empathy and not judgment.

And while it’s easy to say “don’t check Facebook or Twitter while you’re working,” sometimes that is part of working — you have an author accounts where readers might be trying to reach you.

But how do you stop yourself from the rabbit hole of the mindless scroll?

Surprisingly, that’s easy, if you follow Nate Hoffelder’s advice on how to stop wasting time on Facebook and Twitter!

Deleting the apps for each platform is a good start, and you can finish the job (if need be) by installing newsfeed and homepage blockers.
