Our recent post about the power of email marketing suggested two approaches: join someone else’s list or create your own.

There are, of course, advantages to each of them, and we certainly never discourage authors from having their own newsletters.

Penny Sanseveri at Author Marketing Experts is a fan of them as well.

She explains why they’re worth having, how to set them up, what to say in them, how often to send them, and how to keep recipients reading (among other topics!) in a post on powering up your email book marketing.
