Author Julianna Baggott doesn’t just love writing — she loves thinking about writing and the people who do it, especially prolifically.
She readily acknowledges that a survey she did on the creative process of other writers isn’t formally scientific, but after receiving a hundred responses, she found the results interesting enough to share.
In particular, Baggott found certain mindset and psychological similarities in the responses of high-producing writers that might not be as obvious as, say, how they think about creative projects while working on other tasks.
