The planting season is well under way where Fussy is based, so the opening to Judith Briles’s blog post — asking whether we were ready to keep something a live for a year — struck a chord with us.
Briles is actually talking about author blogs, not plants (thankfully, since our plants are lucky to survive weeks), but the analogy seemed apt.
Both require frequent nurturing, which can sometimes feel like a chore after the initial excitement of adding them.
So Briles has a brainstorming exercise, plus a list of fifty-two different blog prompts (you know, like the number of weeks in a year), to plant some content-idea seeds in your brain.
