An attorney’s glossary of contract terms for authors

The Alliance of Independent Authors might just have offered the greatest gift an author can receive.

It enlisted an intellectual property and internet law attorney to write up a glossary of contract terms specifically for creatives.

That attorney, Kathryn Goldman, has even grouped the terms into categories so you can better conceptualize how they all play together.
