Joanna Penn's experiences as a full-time writer — and the lessons she's gained from them — are absolutely worth noting.
But at the same time, those early years were, well, years ago now.
So it's also worth seeing what an author who became a full-time writer more recently learned from those first few months and wishes she'd done differently.
