Two of the writing blogs we follow recently shared posts on the publication journey of cookbooks.

At Women Writers, Women's Books, Christina Hamlett shares the lessons she took from writing and releasing her own cookbook, along with completing one that her partner had begun before his death.

And while those aren't old books, their story is much different than that of the other food author featured.

Jane Friedman interviewed Matthew Bounds, whose two smash-hit (and indie-published) cookbooks came about thanks to TikTok.
