The Alliance of Independent Authors had two recent posts inspired by the news.
Okay, to be honest, we're just guessing that ALLi decided to share a post on the stages of book award competitions right around a Booker Prize announcement, but we think it's a fairly educated guess.
As for straight news, Dan Holloway has the basics of Apple's opening of the iPad to other app stores and Meta's revival of plans to train AI on user posts ... along with his own theories on the meaning and consequences of these moves.
