Kris Rusch’s latest business musings post is a bit of a call for submissions.

She’s still talking about the changes in online shopping since 2020 and what other industries’ innovations have shown that publishing is lacking.

But she opens by acknowledging that she doesn’t have the answers — she just wants to start a conversation with other book folks to see what they think.

One of the most noteworthy changes is how Netflix and other companies have created virtual experiences that also include a social aspect.
