If you're the main (or only) employee in your author business, there's certainly no end of tasks for you to check in on.

It can help, though, to treat your business like a vehicle — there are regular maintenance tasks that should be done every so often, but also addressed as needs arise.

In that spirit, Penny Sansevieri lists five book-promotion strategies to use quarterly (if not more often — but quarterly at a minimum) at her Author Marketing Experts blog.
