A primer on arbitration for authors

Passive Guy (the blogger behind The Passive Voice blog) recently included a quick discussion of arbitration in contracts in a post.

But he decided the topic was worth expanding upon in its own standalone post.

Given that we haven't seen much, if anything, on arbitration in other legal-leaning, we can't argue with that conclusion.
